Collection and use of personal data
Inventa collects the following personal user data through the web page in the following ways:
user name and email address - when subscribing to the newsletter or when sending an email;
user name, email address, telephone for communication, delivery address - when ordering goods in the online store;
user name and email address - when registering an account in the online store;
statistics on web page traffic through the Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Instagram platforms - when visiting a web page.
Inventa uses personal data:
with the prior consent of the user to send newsletters informing about new products and campaigns to his e-mail address, as well as to transmit other marketing information;
to respond to user requests;
to fulfill orders placed by the user in the online store, for example, to deliver goods, communicate with the user, billing;
to ensure personalized use of the web page when creating an account in the online store;
for more convenient use of the web page by the user and for more effective marketing through statistics on web page traffic by the user.
Inventa may transfer the processing power of the user's personal data to other persons (hereinafter referred to as the authorized processor) through whose products or services WIX provides services to users. An agreement has been concluded between Inventa and the authorized processor, according to which the authorized processor is obliged to keep the data processed confidential and to protect personal data.

delivery of orders provided through the online store;

Storage and security of personal data
Inventa stores users' personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve its goal, or as long as required by law. For example, accounting data is stored 7 years after the end of the financial year, and the email address on the mailing list is until the user expresses a desire to remove his address from the newsletter.
Inventa takes all reasonable steps to protect the processed personal data. Access to change and processing of personal data is available only to authorized persons for this, the personal data of all users are considered as confidential information.
The user has the right at any time to prohibit the processing of his personal data, except when it is necessary to fulfill a requirement based on the law, including the execution of orders from the online store.
